Skip the front desk and head straight to your room. No physical key required—just a quick, seamless experience using our Digital Hotel App.
It’s easy, and we’ll guide you through every step. Simply complete your online check-in and get your mobile key ready when you arrive. If you need any assistance, our friendly team at the front desk is always here to help.
Please note, your room key will be sent to you once the online check-in process is complete and a valid ID is uploaded.

If you have a car and require parking – please add your license plate number also, as we operate automatic gates with plate readers.
Here’s How It Works:
- Look out for an email and SMS from us with a link to begin your check-in process. (Or simply download the app and enter your booking reference #)
- Download the Digital Hotel App via the link provided in the message. It’s simple—grab it from your app store.
- Complete your check-in by following the prompts, where you’ll upload your valid ID, contact details, and credit card information.
- Once your check-in is complete, we’ll send your mobile room key by 2 pm on the day of your arrival.
- Access your room by opening the app and selecting your room key—no keys, no hassle.
- To access the secure car park, please complete the online check-in and obtain your mobile key. You’ll need it to unlock the car park gate, so don’t forget to check in!

Make your arrival smooth by downloading the Digital Hotel App before or upon arrival from the app store:
App Info:
- Sign up with the same email you used for online check-in.
- Allow Bluetooth and Nearby device permissions to ensure seamless access.
- On arrival day, you’ll be notified when your room is ready, or you can manually check via the app.
- Find your room key: Just open the app, select your reservation, and your room number will appear. You’re ready to go!
Pro Tip: Refresh the app and hit “Update Keys” if your key isn’t showing yet. Your room’s ready soon.
